This timer switches that on and off to a schedule.

How many schedules does it hold?

It holds 8 ON/OFF schedules, 8 per day. They can be applied daily or weekly using pre-set groups of days.

What happens in a power cut?

It keeps its timing on its battery backup, rated at 200 hours. It is for the timer itself, so do not rely on it to power anything else.

Can the schedule be overridden?

Yes.
