Mimicking the tones of the control panel*
The SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE replicates the chime, entry/exit, alarm, fire and even PA tones of the control panel to keep the user completely aware of any system activity while they’re on-site. Distribute the sound evenly across the property to grab the attention and deliver total security with total awareness.
*SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE is compatible with Enforcer V11 and EURO-ZEM32-WE v4.03.052 and above.
Pyronix High Security Wireless Encryption Protocol
The two-way wireless protocol has been developed by Pyronix to ensure that the communication between all wireless system components are encrypted.
A bright courtesy light for complete reassurance
The in-built bright courtesy light of the SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE will provide visual indication of system activity; illuminating the entrance as the user enters/exits, strobing in the event of an alarm activation, slow flashing for a chime and illuminating constantly as a safety light in the event of a fire. This can also be useful for deaf or hard of hearing users.
One-Push-To-Learn Button
The Enforcer two-way wireless protocol allows easy learning of all its peripherals – with the push of a button you can add any of the detectors or sensors to Enforcer wireless compatible control panels.
No wires, no fuss
Fully wireless means there is no need to run wiring by lifting floorboards or moving furniture; saving time and money. Simply plug the SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE into a mains plug socket and you’re good to go.
Lighting a path if the power fails
In the event of a mains power fail, the SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE’s bright courtesy light will illuminate for up to 30 minutes. So, in the event of a power outage the SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE will provide a comforting light for the user; resetting back to normal operation as soon as the power is restored. Don’t leave users in the dark.
Easy installer setup
The SPEAKER/SOUNDER-WE is easy to set up and configure, but it can also be adjusted at a later stage by the user should their preferences change. Volumes can be set in five increments and the bright courtesy light can even be activated or deactivated to suit. It’s completely configurable.
Please note: In the event of a mains fail the courtesy light will illuminate.

For products that are out of stock or custom made, the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks. We will ensure to keep you updated about the status of your order via email or phone.
If you place an order with multiple items that have different dispatch times, we may consolidate the shipment, so that the products arrive together. However, if there is any delay, we will promptly notify you through email and/or phone.

IMPORTANT – Good supplied as ordered and returned for credit must be accompanied by an Invoice Number. We reserve the right to retain such sums as equal to the value by which the goods have diminished as a result of handling by you, the consumer, beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You will be liable for the cost of return of goods and costs of services provided during the cancellation period, or deduction for use. Special orders cannot be returned for credit or exchange
1. FAULTY PRODUCTS
a) Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturers' warranty period which is usually 12 months.
b) The complete product must be returned unless, if agreed by the Company, a specific part may be returned.
c) Products within the manufacturers' specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Company.
West Midland Electrics does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
2. NON-FAULTY GOODS
a) Products must be complete and in their original packaging with any instruction leaflets.
b) Products must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
c) Refunds for any products not required are at the discretion of the Company.
d) Non-standard products that have been ordered specially cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
e) Customers are responsible for covering the cost of and arranging returns of non faulty goods.
f) Handling charges apply to all home lighting products.
3. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS TO West Midland Electrics (or requesting a replacement).
Please contact the branch that supplied the goods and have ready the following information:
a) The invoice number
b) The date of purchase
c) The product code(s)
d) The reason for returning the products
You will be advised of how the products will be exchanged or of the issue of a refund.
