Hik-Connect and HikCentral Connect are Hikvision's cloud services: a site is managed from a web portal and a phone app rather than from a server on the premises. What is licensed is the service itself — per door, per room or per input, as a time-limited subscription or as a perpetual licence.

This range holds those service licences. Video intercom licences add one room to Hik-Connect, by annual subscription or perpetually, for app calling, two-way audio and video and remote door release. Access control and time-and-attendance licences cover one door or ten, with remote door control, role and person management, temporary visitor QR codes and attendance reporting. People-counting licences add entered, exited and occupancy analytics with dwell and retention statistics, on a monthly or annual subscription, and an alarm detection licence covers a single input with alarm-to-video linkage. One licence here is not a cloud service: pStor picture storage is a server-side base or add-on licence that adds snapshot archiving to HikCentral Professional.
