Sizes and materials

The holesaws come in 20, 25, 32, 38, 51, 60, 65, 70, 72, 75, 80, 85 and 90mm diameters. Every one is suitable for steel, hardwood floors and plastics, and most also for stainless steel. The HS20MM, HS38MM and HS85MM, for example, have 4/6 TPI bi-metal variable teeth, and the HS20MM, HS72MM and HS80MM also suit die cast metals and plywood. The HS70MM is CE and UKCA compliant.

Which arbor fits

An arbor holds the holesaw in the drill and carries the pilot drill. The HSARBORS is an A4 size arbor for the HS20MM and HS25MM, with a 6.3mm high speed pilot drill and a 9.5mm hex shank for power drills; it is 91.3mm long and 19mm in diameter. The HSARBORL is an A2 size arbor for the HS32MM - HS90MM models, with a 6.3mm high speed pilot drill and an 11mm hex shank. Each arbor is steel with a black finish.

The HSPILOTDB5 is a pack of five 6.35mm arbor drill bits, 75mm long, suitable for all Knightsbridge holesaw arbors. The bits have a stainless steel finish over high-quality steel construction.
