Network crimping and stripping

For RJ45 plugs, the Mercury 710.263UK ratchet pliers crimp 6P and 8P modular plugs (RJ-45, RJ-12 and RJ-11), and the 710.266UK cuts and strips CAT5/5E/6/7 cable as well as crimping RJ45 connectors. For pass-through plugs, the Haydon EZRJ45T crimps and cuts in one operation without pre-trimming, and the HAY-V2RJ45TOOLRAP adds cutting and stripping blades. The Haydon CAT5/6 cable jacket stripper takes CAT5 and CAT6 cable of 3.2mm to 9mm diameter.

Terminals and coaxial connectors

The Mercury 710.278UK ratchet pliers crimp insulated terminals in red, blue and yellow channels. For coaxial cable, the 710.282UK crimps hex connectors such as BNC, TNC and F-type, and the Haydon HAY-RG59CRIMP crimps RG59, RG58 and RG6 connectors with hex sizes of 6.5, 5.4, 4.7 and 1.7mm. The Haydon RG59 rotary coaxial stripper has three adjustable blades for RG59, RG58 and RG6, and the Mercury 120.918UK spanner tightens and holds F-connectors.
