Texecom Kits

Texecom kits bundle the parts of a Premier Elite system in one order. Choosing Texecom Kits

Start from the panel you want: a Ricochet 64-W wireless kit, a hybrid kit built on a Premier Elite 48 panel, or a tag reader kit that brings proximity tags to a Premier system.

Ricochet 64-W wireless kits

The KIT-1001 and KIT-1003 provide up to 32 Ricochet wireless zones, expandable to 64, and their panels are compatible with the Texecom Connect system and Premier Elite ComWiFi connectivity. The KIT-1001 contains a Premier Elite Ricochet 64-W panel, an LCDLP-W wireless keypad, a pack of 5 proximity tags, three Capture P15-W PIRs and a Micro Contact-W door contact. The KIT-1003 is built around the 64-W LIVE panel with 2 x Premier Elite SmartKey, and its P15-W PIR has an optional PetWise mode. Neither kit includes an external sounder.

KIT-1005 hybrid kit

The KIT-1005 is a 32 zone hybrid wireless kit. A Premier Elite 48 control panel and Premier LCDP keypad are joined by a Premier Elite 32XP-W wireless panel, and the detection is 2 Capture Q20-W and 2 Capture D20-W motion detectors with 2 Impaq SC-W shock sensors. Five proximity tags are included.

BBC-0001 iProx tag reader kit

The BBC-0001 Premier iProx kit adds proximity tag support to a Premier Elite system. With the Premier External iProx coil, Texecom proximity tags arm and disarm the panel from outside, and the iProx can also act as a stand-alone single door access controller.

Do the Texecom 64-W wireless kits come with an external sounder?

No. The KIT-1001 and KIT-1003 both exclude an external sounder, so one has to be added if the installation needs one. The KIT-1001 otherwise contains the 64-W panel, an LCDLP-W wireless keypad, five proximity tags, three Capture P15-W PIRs and a Micro Contact-W door contact.

What comes in a Texecom wireless alarm kit?

The Texecom KIT-1001 and KIT-1003 wireless alarm kits pair a 64-W control panel with Capture P15-W PIR detectors. The KIT-1003 is a 64 zone self-contained kit built on a Premier Elite 64-W LIVE panel with 2 x Premier Elite SmartKey, and its P15-W PIRs have an optional PetWise mode. Its main panel needs an AB21 2.1A alarm battery, while the KIT-1001 panel takes an AB3 3 Amp alarm battery. The KIT-1001 and KIT-1003 give up to 32 Ricochet wireless zones that can be expanded to 64.

What does the Texecom BBC-0001 iProx kit do?

The BBC-0001 lets users arm and disarm a Texecom Premier alarm panel from outside with Texecom proximity tags, using the Premier iProx and the Premier External iProx coil. The iProx can also be used on its own as a single door access controller, and it is compatible with the Premier Elite Series.
