Choosing High Bay & Low Bay
The high bay lights here are industrial LED fittings: the POTENTIA POTHB1 and POTHB2 have a triple-wattage and dual CCT function, so one fitting offers three wattage settings and two colour temperatures. For a lower ceiling, the LWB165 low bay light has a low profile.

POTENTIA high bay fittings
The POTHB1 and POTHB2 are POTENTIA fittings from Knightsbridge's industrial range. The POTHB1 and POTHB2 are each supplied as standard with a polycarbonate diffuser, which makes them ideal for food-safe environments, and each uses Lumiled LEDs.
LED low bay lights
The LWB90 and LWB165 run on 230V with a high efficacy of 140lm/W and are made for commercial and industrial lighting. Both have a colour temperature of 5500K and a 0-10V dimmable driver, and each comes with 2 suspension hooks and 2 × 1 metre chains for hanging.
60° lens accessories
The POTHB1L60 is a clear polycarbonate 60° lens designed specifically for the POTHB1, for enhancing the distribution of light in various commercial spaces. The POTHB2L60 is the clear polycarbonate 60° lens designed specifically for the POTHB2, offering optimal light distribution, and it suits warehouse or retail environments.

What is the difference between the high bay and low bay lights here?
The LWB90 is a 90W low bay light and the LWB165 a 165W one, both with a 5500K colour temperature, and the LWB165 is low profile, made for lower ceilings. The POTHB1 and POTHB2 high bay lights have selectable wattage and a selectable 4000K or 5000K colour temperature, and they are rated IP65 and IK08 against the IK06 of the low bays.
How tough are the low bay lights?
Both are rated IK06: the LWB90 is IK06 rated for impact resistance, and the LWB165 is IK06 with a durable construction of pressed steel with a polycarbonate diffuser. By comparison, the POTHB1 and POTHB2 high bay lights are rated IK08 and IP65.
How long do the POTENTIA high bay lights last?
The LEDs in the POTHB1 and POTHB2 have an L90B10 of 50,000 hours, and both fittings carry a 5-year warranty. They are highly efficient, at up to 170lm/W, with selectable wattage of 100, 120 or 150W on the POTHB1 and 150, 180 or 200W on the POTHB2.
Can a high bay light be dimmed?
Yes. The POTHB1 and POTHB2 high bay lights have 0-10V dimming built in as standard. The LWB90 and LWB165 low bay lights are dimmable too, each with a 0-10V dimmable driver, and the LWB90 needs a 0-10V dimmer to do it.
What comes with a low bay light?
The LWB90 and LWB165 each include 2 suspension hooks and 2 × 1 metre chains for hanging the fitting. Optional accessories for the LWB165 include surface mount brackets, a PIR sensor and a microwave sensor. The LWB165 is compliant with UK and EU standards, and the LWB90 is supplied with a 5-year warranty.
