Choosing Car Park Barriers
Start with the road width, then choose the boom and the parts that keep it balanced and visible.
Barrier kits
The CAME GARD GT4 kit 8K01RB-0700 is designed for road widths up to 4m, with an integrated ZL392 control panel and optional cloud connectivity via a 4G gateway module. It is compatible with the CAME Connect App, and its opening direction (left or right) is adjustable. The CAME GT8-8M-KIT is a barrier arm kit for road widths of up to 8 meters, with a white painted boom, an LED luminous cord and a pair of photocells.
Booms and boom poles
The CAME 803XA-0420 is a white painted aluminium modular boom, complete with cap, made up of a 90 x 60 boom (L = 4220 mm) and a 130 x 85 boom (L = 4340 mm), with hollow cover profiles and a shockproof rubber profile. The CAME G0601 is a 6.85m white aluminium boom with an end cap, designed for use with the CAME G6000 barrier system. The Hikvision DS-TMG002-5 is a folding boom pole in the 1.5+1.5m size, 3000 × 98 × 45 mm in aluminium profile.
Balance, release and visibility
The CAME G06080 is a balancing spring designed for barriers, for smooth and reliable operation of the barrier system. The CAME 119RIY077 is a pack of 10 triangular release keys. The CAME 119RIG133 is a yellow plastic cover for the GARD8 barrier arm that gives protection and visibility. The 119RIG224S Gard 8 blanking strip is a transparent lighting cover strip in a 1 x 4m length.
Spare parts
CAME spares for the Gard 8 barrier include the 119RIG131 intermediate plate, the 119RIG132 barrier bar hook-up flange, the 119RIG136 lateral accessory holder and the 119RIG159 bar plug and end cap. The CAME G0465 is a 2m long painted aluminium skirt.

The Hikvision DS-TVL224-4-5Y(2 ROWS) entrance/exit LED screen can show the remaining parking spaces of the whole car park, a licence plate number or the weather forecast, and indoors the DS-TVL121-6-5D has a remaining parking number display.
How is a barrier released by hand?
A barrier is released by hand through its manual release system, which is opened with a release key or lever. The CAME GARD GT4 kit 8K01RB-0700, for road widths up to 4m, has a manual release system with key, the CAME 119RIY077 is a pack of 10 triangular release keys, and the 119RIG146 is a release lever.
