The Hikvision DS-TMC403-EL is a ground-mounted ANPR camera for vehicle entrance and exit control, recognising number plates and controlling a vehicle barrier gate through its relay output. It uses a 1/1.8" global shutter CMOS with built-in strobe lights, and holds up to 100,000 allowlist and blocklist entries, with offline barrier control under allowlist mode.
