EZVIZ CCTV Cameras

EZVIZ makes app-controlled smart security cameras for homes and small businesses, and this page carries its Wi-Fi and 4G range. It covers indoor pan-tilt cameras for rooms, pets and babies, outdoor bullet and pan-tilt cameras, wire-free battery cameras and base-station kits, solar and 4G cameras for sites without power or broadband, and floodlight and wall-light cameras. Resolutions include 1080p Full HD, 2K, 3K and 4K.

Choosing EZVIZ CCTV Cameras

Choose by location and power source first, then by resolution. Most models record to a microSD card, with EZVIZ cloud storage as an option.

Indoor pan-tilt cameras

Indoor pan-tilt cameras turn to follow movement around a room. The CS-C6N records 1080p and pans about 340°, the C6W (CS-C6W) records 2K with about 340° pan and a privacy shutter, and the C6 (CS-C6-A0-8C4WF) records 2K+ with 353° pan and 133° tilt on dual-band Wi-Fi. The E6 records 3K (2880×1620) and works with Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Outdoor wired cameras

For a fixed outdoor view, the CS-C3T is a 1080p bullet with a 2.8 mm lens, an IP67 housing and infrared night vision to about 30 m, and the CS-C3T Pro adds 4MP resolution, colour night vision, a siren and two-way audio. Outdoor pan-tilt models such as the C8C (CS-C8C) and H8C (CS-H8C) record 1080p and track people automatically, and the C8PF (CS-C8PF) uses two lenses for an 8x mixed zoom with a picture-in-picture view.

Wire-free, solar and 4G

Battery cameras need no cable to the camera: the C3A runs on a removable 5,500 mAh battery, the BC1c records 4K on a 10,400 mAh battery, and the BC1-B2 and BC1-B3 kits pair 1080p battery cameras with a base station that holds the microSD card. The EB5 (CS-EB5-R100-2F8WFL) has a built-in 1.4 W solar panel, and the HB90 kit includes an 8 W solar panel. Where there is no Wi-Fi, the 4G EB3 bullet takes a nano SIM and data plan, and the EB8 pan-tilt camera connects over 4G LTE.

Floodlight and wall-light cameras

The CS-EL3 combines a 2K camera with an adjustable 780 lm wall light, AI human, vehicle and licence-plate recognition and a 92 dB siren; it is hardwired to the mains and needs a qualified electrician. The LC3 (CS-LC3) pairs a 4MP camera with up to 700 lumens of light, 32GB of built-in eMMC storage and an IP65 rating.

Frequently asked questions

What is an EZVIZ camera?

An EZVIZ camera is a smart security camera designed for DIY installation and control through the EZVIZ app. Models include indoor pan-tilt cameras, outdoor bullet and battery cameras, and wall-light cameras, with features such as motion alerts, person detection and night vision. The range here includes indoor, outdoor and wire-free EZVIZ cameras.

Do EZVIZ security cameras need a subscription?

No. Many EZVIZ cameras record to a microSD card, and live view, playback and motion alerts work through the EZVIZ app without a cloud plan. An optional EZVIZ CloudPlay subscription adds online storage of event clips. Battery camera kits with a base station usually keep their recordings on a card fitted in the base station.

Are EZVIZ outdoor cameras weatherproof?

Yes. EZVIZ outdoor cameras are built for exposure to rain and dust, and they typically carry an IP65, IP66 or IP67 rating, with a higher second digit meaning stronger water protection. Check the rating against the spot you have in mind, and keep cable joints and plug-in power adapters under cover, because the adapter is often not weatherproof.

What app do EZVIZ cameras use?

EZVIZ cameras use the EZVIZ app for iPhone and Android, which handles set-up, live view, playback, motion alerts and settings such as detection areas. Recordings and live video can also be viewed on a computer with EZVIZ's PC software. Where a camera has a siren or two-way audio, those features are operated in the same app.

How do you connect an EZVIZ camera to Wi-Fi?

Install the EZVIZ app, sign in, then scan the QR code on the camera and follow the pairing steps while your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network. Check which Wi-Fi band the camera supports, and keep it near the router during set-up. Where there is no Wi-Fi signal, 4G models connect over a SIM card instead.
