The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (Heat/CO) Jeweller, article code 107288.174.BL1, is a wireless mains-powered fire detector with heat and CO sensors, in black. It raises an alarm at temperatures above 64°C, when the temperature rises by more than 10°C in 1 minute or less, or when an accumulated dose of carbon monoxide is exceeded, sounds its built-in 85 dB siren, and sends the alarm to the hub over Jeweller wireless communication.

It alarms when the accumulated CO dose is exceeded: over 50 ppm (0.005%) in 90 minutes or less, over 100 ppm (0.01%) in 40 minutes or less, or over 300 ppm (0.03%) in 3 minutes.

Will other detectors sound if the hub connection is lost?
Yes. Through fallback interconnection the initiating detector sends an alarm directly to other detectors, and all connected detectors activate the buzzer within a minute, even if connection with the hub is lost.
How long does the sensor last?
The sensor service life is 10 years. After 10 years of operation, the detector must be replaced with a new one.
