The Ajax LifeQuality Jeweller is a wireless temperature, humidity and CO₂ monitor for indoor installation, measuring CO2 from 400 to 10,000 ppm alongside temperature and humidity and connecting wirelessly to a hub or range extender. Readings appear in the Ajax apps, and an LED on the enclosure lights up in the event of a critical change in air quality.

It measures temperature (from 0 °C to +50 °C), humidity (from 0% to 100%) and CO2 concentration (from 400 to 10,000 ppm).
What batteries does it use and how long do they last?
It runs on 2 × CR123A batteries, supplied pre-installed, with up to 3 years of autonomous operation (2.5 years if LED indication and accelerometer are enabled).
Does the CO2 sensor need calibrating?
It calibrates automatically once every 1–14 days, and in normal conditions (ventilated room) manual calibration is not required. In unventilated rooms, manual calibration is run in the Ajax apps.
What happens if it loses connection to the hub?
The backup memory stores all measured values for up to 3 days; after the connection is restored, all values are sent to the Ajax app.
Can it switch on ventilation automatically?
Scenarios can react to changes in temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration, for example turning on plenum ventilation if the air quality deteriorates.
Does it have to be wall mounted?
No. It is not necessary to use the SmartBracket mounting panel; the detector can be placed on a table or shelf. It is designed only for indoor installation, at any height.
