The Ajax FireProtect 2 RB (Heat/Smoke) Jeweller (52251.136.BL1) is a wireless combined heat and smoke detector with replaceable batteries. It senses smoke with a double-spectrum optical sensor and dangerous temperatures with a heat sensor, sounds its in-built siren and reports alarms to the hub over Jeweller wireless communication.

Do several detectors sound together?
Yes. Via primary interconnection the hub initiates an interconnected alarm within 20 seconds. Fallback interconnection, where the detector alerts other detectors directly and all connected detectors activate the buzzer within a minute, works only on FireProtect 2 detectors with firmware version 5.59.2 or later, marked on the package with a “Fallback interconnect supported” label.
