Scale

One panel at the door calls up to 200 different flats, so a whole block runs from a single unit — that is what separates it from a one-way or four-way station. Above 200 addresses ESP asks you to contact their technical support.

Entry without a call

Residents let themselves in without ringing anyone by holding a fob to the panel. Ten fobs come in the box. The built-in reader works at 13.56 MHz and holds up to 200 fobs. A keypad is built in as well, so a code gets someone in if a fob is lost.

The call

A visitor finds the flat they want on the 4.3" colour screen and presses to call. You can both speak at once rather than taking turns — that is what full duplex means — and noise suppression and echo cancellation keep the call clear. The camera sees 90° horizontally, so someone standing off to one side is still in frame.

Outdoors

It lives outside, so the case is aluminium alloy, sealed against rain and dust to IP65 and rated IK10 for impact. IK10 is the top of that impact scale, which is why it suits an entrance nobody is watching. Surface or flush mounted, 365 × 140 × 50 mm.
