About this product

The Aperta EZT3KM, from ESP's Access Control range, is a single internal door proximity keypad kit with a mushroom exit button and an internal green callpoint. It combines the EZTAG3 proximity and keypad door entry unit, the EVBPSBB power supply unit, the EVEXITM push to exit mushroom release button, the A1ECP green internal emergency call point and the A1ML250 250kg magnetic lock.

What it does

The EZT3KM is a single-door kit. The EZTAG3 unit reads proximity fobs at under 50 mm, has backlit keys with blue LEDs, red, green and amber status LEDs and a tamper facility, and holds up to 1000 fobs/PINs in zone 1 and 10 in zone 2, with PINs of 2 - 6 digits. 10 proximity tags are supplied.

The A1ML250 magnetic lock has a maximum holding force of 250kg, the EVEXITM mushroom button has a clean contact output, and the A1ECP is a green internal emergency call point.

Installation notes

The EZTAG3 runs at 12 - 24 V, draws 110 mA and has 2 lock outputs and latched & unlatched operation, with an unlatched relay time of 1 - 99 seconds and a maximum switchable load of 30V @ 4A. It is surface mounted.

The EVBPSBB power supply unit takes 100 - 230 V AC and provides a 12V DC @ 1.5A lock output. The A1ML250 lock works at 12 & 24 V DC, is surface mounted only and comes with Z and L brackets.

The EVEXITM button has a stainless steel fascia and an ABS button, a relay voltage of 30V and an IP20 rating; its mounting is surface & flush (requires UDTASMBSS). The A1ECP call point mounts surface or flush, with the backbox included.
