CDVI 600mm Cable Tray and Rail Spacer Kit for P300RP and P600RP Handles REOMA60

Overview

A magnetic architectural handle combines a door pull with a maglock. This kit, from CDVI's retrofit housing and handle accessories, gives a neat and tidy finish to a handle installation.

It brings together the trays and spacers for one 600mm handle job in a single order, made from aluminium.

Where to use it

Use it with the CDVI P300RP and the CDVI P600RP, the two handles it is made for.

What the figures mean in practice

• 600 x 43 x 5mm: 600mm long, 43mm wide and only 5mm deep, so it keeps a low profile on the door.
• 2 + 2 parts: the kit holds two cable trays and two rail spacers, so there is no need to order them one by one.

Installing it

• Plan first: as a rule, dry-fit the handle and parts before drilling, so the cable route and fixings line up.
• Colour: if the handle is a RAL colour, order the matching RAL option for the kit at the same time.
• Fixings: use fixings that suit the door material, and follow the handle's own installation instructions.

Planning your system

The handle is only one part of the job. A typical access control system also needs a reader or keypad, a power supply and a way to exit, such as a request-to-exit button.
