About this product

Please note: this is a non-returnable item (excluding faulty goods)

Comelit PAC HFV is a free video monitor from the GDX Next range.

The Hands Free Video Monitor is a modern, easy-to-use video solution for the GDX Next system, combining high-definition colour video with full-duplex audio to provide residents with clear and convenient communication with visitors. It features illuminated controls for essential functions such as door release and privacy mode, along with adjustable screen brightness, volume settings, selectable ringtones and visual call indication to support everyday use. The monitor delivers 720 × 576 colour video and integrates seamlessly with the GDX Next platform.

Visual call indication is provided through illuminated icons, ensuring calls are easy to notice. The unit has four raised-symbol buttons that allow residents to accept or decline a call, grant access and use a Concierge function reserved for future system enhancements. Each button is laser-etched to assist residents with partial sight and lights up to show when a function is active or available.

Residents can personalise their experience by adjusting the ring volume and selecting from five privacy time periods—2, 4, 8 or 12 hours, or constant—during which the monitor remains silent when a call is received. A visual indicator confirms when privacy mode is active. Even with privacy enabled, the monitor will still flash to alert the resident of an incoming call, allowing them to answer if they choose.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the unit includes a built-in T-Coil compatible loop and supports both timed and permanent privacy settings, ensuring it meets a wide range of user needs.

Comelit PAC HFV free video monitor

Comelit PAC HFV free video monitor

Who this is for

For the installer — this is the free video monitor supplied under Comelit PAC part number HFV. Specify it by that part number.

The entries in the specification table are the ones held against this part number.

In plain English: this is a free video monitor made by Comelit PAC. The part number HFV is the manufacturer's own code for this exact version of it.

Similar-looking items in the same family often differ only by a suffix on that code. If you are replacing something, match the code rather than the picture.

Buying this in the UK

We are a UK supplier and this free video monitor is sold and shipped from the UK. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

This item is non-returnable, excluding faulty goods. That restriction comes from the manufacturer's own terms for this line.

The record for this part states no warranty term, so we do not quote one. Your statutory rights are unaffected either way.

Stock on this line moves, and lead times move with it. Ask us for the current position before you commit to a date on site.

Questions we get asked

Is this the exact free video monitor I have been quoted? Check the manufacturer part number HFV against your quote. That code is the only reliable identity for this item.

Is there a datasheet? Documentation is attached to this listing, but the check did not confirm that it names this exact part number.

Can you check compatibility for us? We do not state compatibility that the record does not carry.

Why does the listing not answer every question? Because the specification held against HFV answers some questions and not others. We would rather leave a gap visible than fill it with something we cannot show you.

What if I order the wrong version? Tell us the installation you are matching and we will work back to the part number with you. That is a faster conversation than a return.

Do you hold this in stock? Availability on this line changes through the week, so the honest answer is to ask us on the day. We will give you the current position rather than a general one.
