The 9SX1000IR is an Eaton UPS from the 9SX range: an online double-conversion rack mount UPS rated 1000 VA / 900 W, taking a C14 input and feeding six C13 outputs from 2U of rack space.
Three internal 12 V / 9 Ah sealed lead-acid batteries are hot-swappable, and the unit recognises external battery modules automatically. ABM or temperature-compensated charging (user selectable), an internal bypass and a sine-wave output at 0.9 power factor complete the power path.
It has USB (HID), RS232, dry contacts, remote power-off and a slot for an optional communication card, and is compatible with Eaton Intelligent Power Manager and Intelligent Power Protector.
