ESP APKITG Colour Video Door Entry System with Record Facility, White

What it does

The APKITG is a 1 way video door entry kit with record facility, made up of an APDSSW singleway video door station, an APMONWG 7’’ colour video door entry monitor with record facility and an APPOWSWDR combined power & bus separator unit. Still or video recording and playback of callers is optional, and a 4GB SD card is included.

The door station has a 700 TVL camera with a 3.6 mm lens and 0.1 lux sensitivity, 2 lock outputs and code lengths of 4 - 6. Its global selections are normally open or normally closed, volt-free or 12V DC300mA.

Installation notes

Installation is simple 2-core. All three units use the BUS communication protocol, and Cat5e or higher is the recommended BUS cable.

The APPOWSWDR takes a 100 - 230 V AC supply, gives a BUS output of 24V DC @ 800mA and mounts on a surface or DIN rail; its effective distance is 50 m to the door station and 100 m to the monitor. The monitor and door station run at 24 V DC (BUS).

The door station is surface mounted, rated IP55 and weighs 0.39 kg. Its operating temperature is -20 to +40 °C. The white monitor is surface mounted, rated IP20 and weighs 0.55 kg.

Day to day

The monitor is set up through an on screen menu, with a graphical user interface and 9 buttons; master/slave, detection zone end of line and the address (up to 32) are set by menus. It has volume, brightness and contrast dials and 2 speakers.

Accessories include the EVBPSBB 12V lock power supply with battery backup, the ENTERD flush electric lock and the ENTERD-YLR surface electric lock.
