About this product
The Haes Technologies TPCA034 is the master card for the SZAOV-1001 single zone smoke vent control panel. It suits engineers repairing or servicing an automatically opening vent system. The card takes the fire zone, vent switches and fireman inputs, and drives 28VDC vent actuators at up to 8A.

- Compatibility: SZAOV-1001 panel; conventional detectors Apollo S65 and Orbis, Hochiki CDX, Nittan EV.
- Standards: fault relay normally energised (failsafe), changing over on any fault or total power loss.

Which panel is it for?

How long do the actuators run?
For a configurable 10 to 300 seconds, 60 seconds by default. Set it to the time the vent needs to open or close fully.
Can it be used with sounders on the detector circuit?
Yes, in Twin Wire mode, set by DIL switch 4. The 24v sounders then run in reverse polarity and the detectors need 'Sav-Wire' bases.
Which detectors work on the zone?
Conventional detectors compatible with the panel: Apollo S65 and Orbis, Hochiki CDX and Nittan EV.
Can the vent be opened when there is no fire?
Yes. In standby conditions a local 3-way switch moves it in 10% steps, and the manual inputs can also act as thermostatic control.
