HIKMICRO HM-TD2628-7/G1/T3A Thermal & Optical Bi-spectrum Bullet Camera, 256 × 192 Thermal, 5MP Optical

What it does

The camera combines a thermal module (256 × 192, 6.9mm lens, 24.9° × 18.7° field of view) with an optical module (5MP, 2688 × 1944, 39.4° × 22° field of view). Bi-spectrum image fusion displays details of the optical channel on the thermal channel, and picture in picture shows part of the thermal image on the full optical view.

Video analysis uses the GUANLAN Large Scale AI Model for perimeter protection, with 4 VCA rule types (line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting) and up to 8 VCA rules in total. The VCA range for humans is 84 m.

Temperature measurement supports 3 rule types (point, area, line) with 21 rules in total, across -20 °C to 150 °C at ±8°C accuracy, and fire detection finds up to 10 fire points.

Where it is used

Applications include villas, communities, parking lots, warehouses and construction sites. The camera is rated IP67 Standard, IK10, with TVS 6000V lightning protection, and works from -40°C to 65°C at humidity of 95% or less.

Installation notes

Power is 12 VDC ± 25% through a two-core terminal block, or PoE (802.3at, class 4).

Connections include 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet interface, 1 RS-485 interface, 2 alarm inputs, 2 alarm outputs and a 3.5 mm mic in/line in. The camera measures 349.1 mm × 113 mm × 105mm and weighs 1710 g.

It works with the iVMS-4200 and Hik-Connect clients and supports ISAPI, ISUP, HIKVISION SDK and Open Network Video Interface (Profile S, Profile G, Profile T, Profile M).

Day to day

When an alarm triggers, the camera can sound two types of audible alarm (VCA and Temperature Exception) and flash its white light at adjustable frequencies.

Footage can be stored on a MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC card (up to 512 G) or on NAS, and the thermal image can be shown in 17 color palette types.
