HIKMICRO HM-TD2638-35/G1/T3Y Thermal & Optical Bi-spectrum Network Bullet Camera, 384 × 288 Thermal, 35 mm

What it does

The HM-TD2638-35/G1/T3Y combines a thermal channel and an optical channel in one bullet camera. The thermal module uses Vanadium Oxide Uncooled Focal Plane Arrays at 384 x 288 with a 12 μm pixel pitch and a 35 mm lens; the optical module uses a 1/2.7" Progressive Scan CMOS at 2688 × 1520.

Bi-spectrum image fusion displays the details of the optical channel on the thermal channel, and picture in picture displays a partial image of the thermal channel on the full screen of the optical channel.

VCA offers 4 rule types (line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting), up to 8 VCA rules in total, with a VCA range of 455 m for humans and 1050 m for vehicles.

Where it is used

The housing is IP67 Standard, IK10-rated and NEMA 4X anti-corrosion, with TVS 4000V lightning protection, surge protection and voltage transient protection. Working temperature is -40°C to 70°C, with humidity of 95% or less.

Installation notes

Power supply options are 24 VAC ± 25%, 12 VDC ± 25% or 24VDC on a two-core terminal block, or PoE (802.3af, class 3). Power consumption is max. 12.1W on 24 VAC, max. 11.3W on 12 VDC and max. 11.8W on PoE.

Interfaces include 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet interface, 1 RS-485 interface (half duplex), 2 alarm inputs (0-5 VDC), 2-ch relay alarm outputs, a 3.5 mm Mic in/Line in audio input and an analog output (1.0V [p-p]/75Ω, PAL/NTSC/BNC).

The camera measures 376.1 mm × 119.1 mm × 118.1 mm and weighs 1.82 kg. The thermal lens has a min. focusing distance of 45 m.

Day to day

Temperature measurement supports 3 rule types (point, area, line), 21 rules in total, over -20 °C to 150 °C with an accuracy of ± 8 °C. Fire detection covers up to 10 fire points.

The camera works with the iVMS-4200 and Hik-Connect clients, records to a MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC card (up to 512 G) or NAS, and offers 17 colour palettes.
