What it does

The DS-2XE6686G0-LIZHRSU(316L) is a 316L 8MP Explosion-Proof Vari-focal Bullet. This model, DS-2XE6686G0-LIZHRSU(316L)(2812)O-STD, has the 2.8 to 12 mm lens, giving a horizontal FOV of 104°~41.2°, vertical FOV of 54.2°~23.1° and diagonal FOV of 126.5°~47.3°.

A 1/1.8" Progressive Scan CMOS delivers a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160. The main stream runs at 20 fps (50 Hz) or 24 fps (60 Hz) at resolutions up to 3840 × 2160, using H.265 or H.264.

Supplement light is IR and white light. With the 2.8~12mm lens, IR reaches up to 50 m and white light up to 30 m, and the IR wavelength is 850 nm.

Where it is used

The camera has passed international ATEX & IECEx certifications and can be used in gas and dust hazardous scenarios.

It is IP68 water resistant, preventing water ingress for outdoor use, and its housing is SUS316L with anti-corrosion coating.

Installation notes

Power is 100V~240V, 0.5-0.2A, MAX 16 W, or PoE to IEEE 802.3at at 42.5 V~57 V, 0.43 A~0.32 A, MAX 16 W.

Network connection is a 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet port, and a built-in fiber module with FC interface (155M, TX1310/RX1550nm wavelength, single module fiber) supports up to 20 km transmission distance.

Interfaces also include 1 alarm input and 1 alarm output (max. 24 VDC, 1 A), 1 RS-485 (Half duplex, HIKVISION, Pelco-P, Pelco-D, self-adaptive), and an audio line in and line out on two-core terminal blocks. The camera measures 157.6 mm × 195.1 mm × 294 mm.

Day to day

Perimeter protection covers line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting, with alarm triggering by specified target types (human and vehicle). Face capture detects up to 10 faces simultaneously, and Hard Hat Detection is built in.

Smart events include unattended baggage detection, object removal detection, scene change detection, audio exception detection and defocus detection.

Video can be recorded to a built-in memory card slot supporting microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC up to 512 GB, or to NAS (NFS, SMB/CIFS). Clients include iVMS-4200, Hik-Connect and Hik-Central.
