Hikvision DS-2CD2143G2-LIPTRZS2UY(2.8/4mm) AcuSense PTRZ Dome Network Camera, 4MP, 2.8/4mm

What it does

The DS-2CD2143G2-LIPTRZS2UY(2.8/4mm) is a 4 MP AcuSense PTRZ dome network camera. A 1/3" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor delivers up to 2688 × 1520 at 25 fps (50 Hz), and the motorized 2.8 to 4 mm varifocal lens gives a horizontal FOV of 99.1° at 2.8 mm or 79.9° at 4 mm.

Person and vehicle classification is based on deep learning. Perimeter protection (line crossing, intrusion, region entrance, region exiting) supports alarm triggering by specified target types (human and vehicle), and face capture is supported.

Where it is used

The metal camera is water and dust resistant (IP67), vandal resistant (IK10) and has an anti-corrosion design (NEMA 4X). Startup and operating conditions are -30 °C to 60 °C with humidity 95% or less (non-condensing).

Installation notes

Pan (0° to 346°), tilt (0° to 75°) and rotate (0° to 344°) support remote adjustment (max. 1000 cycles). Power is 12 VDC ± 25%, 1.25 A, max. 15 W via a Ø5.5 mm coaxial power plug, or PoE: IEEE 802.3at, Class 4, max. 16 W.

It connects over 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet port and supports ONVIF (Profile S, Profile G), ISAPI, SDK and ISUP. The -S alarm interface provides 1 input and 1 output (max. 12VDC, 30mA). The camera measures Ø121.6 mm × 101 mm and weighs approx. 730 g.

Day to day

Footage can be viewed in iVMS-4200, Hik-Connect or Hik-Central, and recorded to a built-in microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC slot of up to 512 GB. Linkage actions include notify surveillance center, send email, trigger recording and trigger capture.

In the dark, 3 supplemental lighting modes (Smart Mode, IR Mode and White Light Mode) light the scene up to 30 m, and 2 built-in microphones record mono sound.
