Hikvision DS-2DY5A432MWG-ELW DarkFighter IR Network Positioning System, 4MP, 32× Optical Zoom

What it does

The Hikvision DS-2DY5A432MWG-ELW uses a 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS with a max. resolution of 2560 × 1440 and a 5.5 to 176 mm lens giving 32 × optical zoom and 16 × digital zoom.

Supplement light type is IR and white light, with white light distance up to 80 m and IR distance up to 100 m; min. illumination is Color: 0.005 Lux @ (F1.6, AGC ON), B/W: 0.001 Lux @ (F1.6, AGC ON), 0 Lux with IR.

The positioning head pans 360° endless and tilts +90° to -90°, with pan speed configurable from 0.1° to 100°/s and tilt speed configurable from 0.1° to 50°/s.

Where it is used

Its operating condition is Temperature: Outdoor: -40°C to 70°C (-40°F to 158°F), Humidity: ≤ 90%, and protection is IP66 with TVS 6000V lightning protection, surge protection and voltage transient protection.

A wiper is fitted.

Installation notes

Power is 36 VDC (Max. 30 W, including max. 5 W for IR and max. 2 W for heater) or PoE 802.3bt, type3, class6 (Max. 30 W, including max. 5 W for IR and max. 2 W for heater), and the camera supports Hi-PoE.

Connections are 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M Ethernet, 1-ch audio input and 1-ch audio output, alarm 2 input(s), 1 output(s), and 1 RS-485 (Half duplex, HIKVISION, Pelco-P, Pelco-D, self-adaptive).

Day to day

It stores 300 presets, 8 patrols with up to 32 presets for each patrol, and 4 pattern scans, with 3D positioning and power-off memory.

Smart events cover line crossing detection, intrusion detection, region entrance detection, region exiting detection and audio exception detection.

Footage can be stored on a built-in memory card slot (microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC card, up to 512 GB) or NAS, and the camera works with the iVMS-4200, HikCentral Pro and Hik-Connect clients.
