Hikvision DS-2CD2787G3-LIPTRZS2UY/SL(2.8-12)O-STD PTRZ Varifocal Dome Network Camera, 8MP, 2.8-12mm

What it does

The Hikvision DS-2CD2787G3-LIPTRZS2UY/SL(2.8-12)O-STD uses a 1/1.8" Progressive Scan CMOS with a max. resolution of 3840 × 2160 behind a 2.8 to 12 mm motorized varifocal lens with an F1.2 aperture.

The field of view runs from horizontal FOV 112.3° to 41.2°, vertical FOV 58.1° to 23.1° and diagonal FOV 137.4° to 47.3°.

Supplement light type is IR and white light with a supplement light range of up to 40 m, and min. illumination is Color: 0.0005 Lux @ (F1.2, AGC ON), 0 Lux with light.

Where it is used

The camera is water and dust resistant (IP67) and vandal resistant (IK10), with an anti-corrosion design (NEMA 4X).

Startup and operating conditions are -30 °C to 60 °C (-22 °F to 140 °F). Humidity 95% or less (non-condensing).

Installation notes

Power is 12 VDC ± 25%, 1.3 A, max. 15.6 W via a 2-core terminal block with reverse polarity protection, or PoE: IEEE 802.3at, Class 4, max. 18 W.

Angle adjustment is by remote adjustment (Max. 1,000 cycles), with Pan: 0° to 350°, tilt: 0° to 85°, rotate: 0° to 350°.

It connects through 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet port, and the alarm interface is 1 input, 1 output (max. 24 VDC/24 VAC, 1 A).

Day to day

Perimeter protection covers line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting, with alarm triggering by specified target types (human and vehicle).

Linkage actions include notify surveillance center, send email, trigger alarm output, trigger recording, trigger capture, audible warning and strobe light flashing.

Footage can be stored on a built-in memory card slot (microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC card, up to 512 GB), and the camera works with the iVMS-4200, Hik-Connect and Hik-Central clients.
