HiLook IPC-T249HAA-LU(2.8MM) ColorVu 3.0 Fixed Turret Network Camera, 4MP, 2.8mm

What it does

The IPC-T249HAA-LU(2.8MM) is a 4 MP ColorVu 3.0 fixed turret camera with a 1/3" progressive scan CMOS sensor, a max. resolution of 2560 × 1440 and an F1.0 aperture. The 2.8 mm lens gives a horizontal FOV of 101.5°, vertical FOV of 54.6° and diagonal FOV of 122.1°.

ColorVu 3.0 technology is built for 24/7 colourful imaging, and HikAI-ISP handles noise reduction. Min. illumination is Color: 0.0005 Lux @ (F1.0, AGC ON), and 0 Lux with light.

The Smart Hybrid Light uses IR and white light, with a supplement light range of up to 30 m and smart supplement light.

Where it is used

The camera is water and dust resistant to IP67 (IEC 60529-2013). Startup and operating conditions are -30 °C to 60 °C (-22 °F to 140 °F), humidity 95% or less (non-condensing).

Installation notes

The -LU model is powered from 12 VDC ± 25% (0.52 A, max. 6.2 W, Ø5.5 mm coaxial power plug, reverse polarity protection) or by PoE to IEEE 802.3af, Class 3, max. 7.5 W.

It connects through 1 RJ45 10 M/100 M self-adaptive Ethernet port. Angle adjustment covers pan 0° to 360°, tilt 0° to 75° and rotate 0° to 360°.

The camera has a plastic cover and a metal main body, measures Ø112 mm × 82 mm and weighs approx. 350 g (1.1 lb.).

Day to day

Motion detection supports alarm triggering by specified target types (human and vehicle), alongside a video tampering alarm. Linkage actions include upload to FTP, notify surveillance center, send email, trigger recording and trigger capture.

The camera can be viewed in iVMS-4200 or HiLookVision, and plug-in free live view works in Chrome 57.0+, Firefox 52.0+, Edge 89+ and Safari 11. Up to 6 channels of simultaneous live view are supported.
