About this product

Please note: this is a non-returnable item (excluding faulty goods)

Hoyles AA31110D is a multi zone controller.

The Multiguard Assistance Call Panel AA31110D is designed for larger premises requiring central indication of alarm calls from toilets, swimming pools, saunas or steam rooms. The system supports up to 6 zones and provides dual reassurance at the point of operation. For systems with more than 6 zones, simply stack systems together or contact us for further options.

The Multizone controller should be located where staff can respond to emergency calls. An integral PSU and standby battery are included. To generate a call, the user simply operates the poolside call point.

An audible/visual warning is given by the controller and sounder beacons connected to the system, identifying the relevant zone. Sounder beacons are silenced by pressing the silence button on the controller. The panel bleeps every 60 seconds and beacons continue to flash until both the activated call point and controller are reset.

The controller will then reset automatically.

Who this is for

For the installer — this is the multi zone controller supplied under Hoyles part number AA31110D. Specify it by that part number.

In plain English: this is a multi zone controller made by Hoyles. The part number AA31110D is the manufacturer's own code for this exact version of it.

Similar-looking items in the same family often differ only by a suffix on that code. If you are replacing something, match the code rather than the picture.

Questions we get asked

Is this the exact multi zone controller I have been quoted? Check the manufacturer part number AA31110D against your quote. That code is the only reliable identity for this item.

Is there a datasheet? Yes — the documentation attached to this listing was checked and names this exact part number. Documents that named only the family, or a different item, are not attached.

What if I order the wrong version? Tell us the installation you are matching and we will work back to the part number with you. That is a faster conversation than a return.
