Which kit this is

Turret cameras instead of bullets — otherwise the same four-camera analogue kit, with the same recorder and the same camera specification. The RCKTB is the black set and the RCKTW the white.

What comes in the box

A four-channel recorder with the hard drive already fitted, four cameras, the cables and a power supply. It is analogue HD rather than networked, which is what separates it from ESP's RC24 IP kits.

What the cameras see

Each camera has a fixed 3.6 mm lens taking in 87°. Pictures are 2MP, 1920 × 1080, and the recorder takes all four channels at that resolution, at 15 frames a second.

In the dark

The cameras carry a white LED, and ESP rates the kit for colour images around the clock. No infrared range is quoted, so ask ESP for that figure if night distance matters.

Getting to the footage

A monitor plugs into the recorder by HDMI or VGA. You can also watch from a phone or a computer, on Windows, Mac, Android or iOS. The recorder flags events itself — someone crossing a line you have drawn, or entering an area you have marked.
