The TOA SC-610M is a 10W paging horn speaker from the SC Series, the "M"-type model for high-impedance (70V/100V lines) systems. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, is rated IP 65 and produces a sound pressure level of 110 dB (1 W, 1 m at 500 to 2,500 Hz peak level).
