Videx 8K12E/CL is a door entry kit from the 8000 range.

2 entrance audio entry kit based on the 8000 Series modular design incorporating two way speech, electronic call tone and lock release facility. The door stations are available surface or flush mounting with 1 call button each with a back lit name plate. The audiokit comprises of a 3011 audiophone, 502N 2 entrance switcher, 520M AC/DC power supply, 2x 8837M-1 speaker modules and 2x 8800BL codelock modules.

The speaker modules and codelock modules front fascias are in the standard stainless steel finish. The 8000 series front support frames and rainshield surrounds (for both surface and flush options) are available in either an aluminium or black finish (/BL). The 2 entrance switcher ensures the occupant is only speaking to one entrance at a time and only releases the lock at the entrance from where the call originated.

The audiophone is a wall mount handset with a lock release button and a three position call tone volume control. Up to 2 additional audiophones or extension sounders can be installed in each apartment. The codelock module allows for 2 access codes to be programmed (between 4 - 8 digit codes), 2 relay outputs and 2 PTE inputs (1 per relay).

The relays can be programmed from 1-99 seconds or as a latching output.
