Videx 4836-2/M is an intercom system speaker from the 4000 range.

4000 Series speaker modules available for entry level "3 1" (4K series audiokits), "4 1" (traditional multi-apartment audio and video systems) and "5 1" (traditional multi-apartment audio and video systems including sentry with privacy of speech) audio systems. The speaker modules (4836, 4837 and 4838) are available with either 0, 1 or 2-button built into the module, however, additional buttons can be added using a combination of either the 4842, 4843, 4844 and 4845 button modules. All modules name plate windows are illuminated blue.

Modules attach to the 4000 Series housing frames using a simple but strong clip-in system which can be secured in place using an anti-tamper clip fixing. Speech levels can be adjusted using separate controls for both the speaker and microphone.
