Videx CVKC4K2S is a video door phone from the 4000 range.

Surface or flush 1 and 2 button 4000 series non-coax (balanced video pair) colour videokits with codelock. The 4000 series video entry panels include DDA compliant reassurance tones and call progress LEDs for call in progress, system busy, speak and door open. The videokits also include a 4901 codelock module which has 3 programmable access codes, 3 relay contact outputs (C, NO and NC) with 2 push to exit inputs (for relays 1 and 2 only).

The relays can be programmed from 1-99 seconds or programmed with 00 for latching output and have adjustable blue backlit numeric keypad buttons. The flexible design allows for the addition of up to a total of 4 door entry panels (with additional 506N relays) with up to 4 video handsets per call button. The system also benefits from intercommunication calls between the videophones within the same apartment or between videophones in different apartments.

The videokits are available with the choice of a 6200 series videophone with handset or a 6300 series, 6400 series or 6700 series handsfree monitor. Features of both videophone and handsfree monitors include an adjustable 3 level call tone, brightness and contrast controls, camera recall (selectable), timed privacy facility with LED indication.
