B-Tech Pole Mounts

They use different pole diameters, so mounts and joiners are made for one or the other. System V uses Ø38mm poles such as the BT5935-200/W and is a collection of components for CCTV and other ceiling-mounted equipment, while System 2 uses Ø50mm BT7850 poles made from 1.6mm thick steel. The BT5950 adaptor lets a System 2 ceiling mount be fitted to a System V pole.

Build a drop from a ceiling mount, a pole and a camera plate. On System V, the BT5920 fixed ceiling mount holds a Ø38mm pole such as the BT5935-300/W, and the BT5910/W or BT5911/W plate carries the dome at the bottom, each supporting cameras of up to 5kg. On System 2, the BT6010/Z carousel mount fits B-Tech’s 50mm poles and supports cameras weighing up to 25kg.

The BT7823/Z joins two Ø50mm poles internally and is concealed after installation, while the BT7824 bolts to the outside of Ø50mm poles and provides a cable access point at the join. Yes, System 2 has purlin and girder fixings. The BT7012/B purlin mount suspends pole-mounted solutions of up to 140kg from C and Z section purlins with a minimum height of 95mm, and adjusts up to 45 degrees. The BT7017/B girder mount suits I-beams from 80mm to 250mm in width with a 140kg maximum load, and the BT5950 adaptor lets System V poles use these System 2 mounts.

Use the BT7853 extension column, a heavy duty alternative for large pole-mounted installations that standard 50mm poles cannot hold. The BT7853-200/B is made from 3.2mm thick steel, comes as standard in 2m or 3m lengths that can be cut to an exact length, and can be mounted to walls, floors or ceilings. Columns link together with BT7824 external pole joiners.
