B-Tech Products

B-Tech makes mounting hardware for screens, projectors, cameras and AV equipment. This collection holds the B-Tech range: flat screen wall mounts such as the BT8432/B, projector ceiling mounts such as the BT899xL-FD150/BB, desk mounts, screen trolleys and floor stands, videowall mounts for LG LSAC panels, and three modular systems built from Ø50mm poles (System 2), Ø38mm poles for CCTV (System V) and aluminium columns with horizontal rails (System X).

Choose a B-Tech mount by what it holds, then by what it fixes to.

Screen wall mounts

The ultra-slim BT7510/B sits a small screen 15mm from the wall and carries up to 20kg. The BT8441 is a low-profile mount for medium and large screens, 30mm from the wall, rated up to 80kg. For a tilting screen the BT8431/B and BT8432/B use a Torsion-Tilt mechanism with 15° of tilt either way, and the BT7514/PB single-arm mount swivels as well as tilting, then folds flat to the wall when not in use.

Projector ceiling mounts

The BT899xL-FD150/BB is a fixed drop mount for universal projectors up to 25kg, with an adjustable ceiling plate for angled ceilings and tilt, roll and swivel adjustment. For heavier projectors the BT893-FD050 takes up to 70kg and adds micro-adjustment at each corner, which suits edge-blending and projection mapping.

Desks, trolleys and stands

The BT7351/B Flex Solo desk mount holds one screen up to 32" and clamps to the rear or side of a desk or through a grommet hole. Trolleys such as the BT8562/BB V2 roll on non-marking braked castors. The BTF842BB floor stand holds two screens in portrait, one above the other, on a heavy steel base that needs no floor bolts.

Videowalls and pole systems

The BT9340, BT9370, BT9371 and BT9372 LG-LSAC mounts are built for LG LSAC 54" videowall panels, in wall, freestanding, mobile and bolt-down versions. System 2 poles such as the BT7850-050/B are hollow Ø50mm steel for internal cabling and can be cut to length. System V uses Ø38mm poles such as the BT5935-300/W. The BT5920 ceiling mount that hangs them is rated up to 75kg. System X combines aluminium BT8380 columns with BT8390 horizontal rails and interface arms.

Frequently asked questions

Which B-Tech wall mount suits my screen?

Match the mount to the screen size and weight, then decide whether it should tilt. The BT7510/B suits small screens, carries 20kg and sits 15mm from the wall. The BT8431/B tilts 39 to 55 inch screens up to 50kg. The BT8441 holds medium and large screens up to 80kg just 30mm from the wall, with a universal interface for patterns up to 455 x 400mm.

How heavy a projector can a B-Tech ceiling mount hold?

A BT899xL fixed drop mount is designed for projectors up to 25kg, and a BT893 heavy duty mount for up to 70kg. The BT899xL-FD150/BB fixed drop mount is designed for universal projectors up to 25kg and adjusts for tilt, roll and swivel. The BT893-FD050 heavy duty mount supports up to 70kg, with micro-adjustment at each corner for events, staging and projection mapping.

What is B-Tech System 2?

System 2 is B-Tech's modular mounting system built on Ø50mm steel poles. Poles such as the BT7850-050/B have a 1.6mm wall, are hollow for internal cable routing and can be cut to length on site. They fix with parts such as the BT7822/B ceiling or floor plate, rated to 150kg, the BT7017/B girder mount for I-beams, and the BT7823/Z internal pole joiner.

Can B-Tech mount a CCTV dome camera from the ceiling?

Yes, the System V range is built for this. The BT5909/W dome camera mount fits the end of a Ø38mm BT5935 pole. The BT5909/W supports small dome cameras up to 5kg, and its carousel takes camera fixings from 51mm to 90mm apart. The pole hangs from a mount such as the BT5920, and cables run through the top or side of the mount.

Does B-Tech make mounts for videowalls?

Yes. The LG-LSAC mounts are designed for LG LSAC 54" videowall panels: the BT9340 is the wall-mounted version, the BT9370 freestanding, the BT9371 mobile on braked castors and the BT9372 bolt-down, each in grid sizes such as 2x2 and 3x3. For standard screens, the System X BT83703X3BB freestanding stand holds a 3x3 wall of 46" to 55" screens.

Should I choose a screen trolley or a floor stand?

Choose a trolley if the screen moves between rooms and a floor stand if it stays in one place. Trolleys such as the BT8562/BB V2 have non-marking braked castors and take landscape or portrait screens. The BTF842BB floor stand holds two portrait screens on a steel base that does not need bolting down, while the BT8710 video conferencing stand bolts to the floor.
