Beyond the standard bodies, Speciality Cameras covers body-worn, panoramic and people-counting units, and Thermal Security Cameras detect heat rather than light. Body shape decides where a camera can go and what it is for. Turrets and domes suit soffits and ceilings and resist tampering; bullets carry longer lenses and longer IR; fisheye and multisensor units replace several fixed cameras from one position; PTZ follows activity across a wide area. Across those bodies sit the technology lines — ColorVu for full-colour night vision, AcuSense human and vehicle detection, DarkFighter for very low light — with motorised varifocal lenses where the view has to be set on site, and PIR-and-siren active deterrence on the models that challenge an intruder rather than only record one. Resolution runs from 5MP to 4K, in infrared or white-light night vision, with anti-corrosion and 4G models for hostile or unwired sites. HDview, RekorHD and HiLook sit alongside Hikvision.
